                well pork shoulder last week turned out great this weekend i did ribs and no so much but learning .... pack came with three racks so i just cooked them all but had a hard time with temp control the racks covered up 95% of the grate and think made the heat circulation not good and second the rub i made had way too much salt in it, so next time only two racks and lot lighter on the salt/rub
