    Greetings from a Cheeshead

    Greetings all. I’ve been a member for a little over a year on here. Been mostly a stalker reading reviews and recipes. Before joining I built my own UDS and have have my own Weber Kettle. I love cooking and smoking on both.

              Welcome to the pit! Do you have any photos of your uds to share?

              Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

              Also, it's very important that you:
