I live in Chicago and love BBQ. I recently decided I needed to get back to charcoal over electric smoking and because of Meathead's book (and a lot of reading serious eats before that) I've landed on a pit barrel cooker. I'm looking forward to stepping up quality at my annual "Swine Fest" this August.
