A slightly nervous post given the time and effort I see going into some of the food on this forum but I am just throwing out a hi!. First BBQ ever..... Start with charcoal..... And a Weber mastertouch. Lots to learn. I followed a recipe from the main page for for last meal ribs...stunning. my wife hates BBQ and she ate tons. Will try and post my progress but this will be an exciting journey.
