Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

EdF commented on the stole in my avatar. That's the thing around my neck that some preachers wear. I thought I'd show you the whole picture so you can see what most of it actually looks like. Congregation gave it to me on the 30th anniversary of my ordination. Which was six years ago. I rarely wear this outfit while grilling.
