Hello All,
I found your site a few years ago and have learned so much from you guys. This site is fantastic, so I decided it’s time to join and contribute. I have been BBQing for at least 30 years; I was even in a neighborhood BBQ society with 15 members. We hosted monster pig roasts, BBQ challenges, any reason to get a bunch of grills together. I cook anything and everything on the grill (gas, wood, smoker, winter, summer, spring or fall). Since I found your site, I probably dig in deeper twice a week and always find something helpful. Your recipes, advice, knowledge and guidance are wonderful.

Hi RichieB,
Western Mass is only 800’ form me. I am in north Granby just south of Granville Ma. Tonight I grilled a flank steak according to the guidance of the site. High, fast and rare, it was awesome. I have always had difficulties with the flank steak, but now I have concord it thanks to these guys. The board sauce with rosemary and thyme sent it over the top.

Since you’re new here, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
