    About Damn Time I Joined!

    Howdy fellow meat eaters! I've been an AmazingRibs website follower for years...figured it's about time I gave back to the guys that have upped my game through roughly 100 butts and assorted hams, turkeys, and untold racks of ribs. Louisiana native with Georgia roots, love to cook authentic Cajun/Creole/Coon-Ass grub and whatever elese runs thru the yard. Cook on brothers and sisters!
