Just joined today. I have a gas grill, a 22.5" weber, a masterbuilt and camp chef smokers. I have been smoking for 3 years. Last year my wife and I entered a BBQ competition smoking chicken and pork ribs, we placed 10th and 2nd respectively out of 30 teams. I have been using this site for about 8 months so it was time to join.
