Hello From Murrieta

I have been using the website for more than 5 years but officially joined last year. I have used recipes for smoked Turkey and making Pastrami. I make lots of Pastrami one of my favorites. While my first pastrami was good it has only gotten better over time change up the quantities of the ingredients especially those that were considered optional like Juniper Berries. I use the Weber Smoky Mountain 18" for all my smoking needs. I have made Ham, Pastrami, Brisket, and Sausage. People at work also love my Pastrami and I am always asked to make it for your potlucks. I enjoy smoking and smoking a cigar while doing so, along with liquid libations which depend on my mood from Heineken to Guinness and Scotch to Cognac.
