Well, I guess after 3 years of a few posts, lurking around the site learning as I go and trying to invent smell-O-vision after reading recipe posts!

My team, The Beverly Grillbillies has taken a hiatus and is participating in not for profit events. BBQ has been god to us so we thought we would spend some time and give back.

Meanwhile, I would be happy to assist anyone who may need help, as a "back of the house (tent)" worker for a local to Chicago event. Other than that, I'm sure i have meet some of you while Judging a few KCBS sanctioned events over the past few years.
