Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. This is awesome! My nephews decided they want a boneless leg of lamb when they get home from college this summer! I'll post pics when I do the cook and let everyone know how it turns out. Thanks again!

That's Duke. He's my 3 legged best bud. I ran a drive for a local shelter last spring and when I dropped off the donations he picked me. Lost his leg when he was a little pup in an accident. He's almost 2 years old now and can outrun just any dog in the neighborhood haha!
