    New from Watford City, ND

Just joined and looking to get more into smoking and/or anything to do with meats like sausages, etc. Learning as I go along. Built a reverse flow smoker, looking to build another larger unit. Hopefully build an indoor smoker-BBQ kitchen setup to get away from these ND high winds and frigid weathers. Here is my smoker, still in the works.

Welcome RPtersen14! Glad to have you here, thanks for the support! I like the wood handle on that machine, although I think I would trip over the trailer bracing after a beer or two. Ribs in the dirt.

Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos!

Hope to hear & see more from you.
