Hey all! Figured I would swing through and introduce myself. I've been grilling since I was knee high to grasshopper, and using a smoker for probably 10-15 years. I've got a New Braunfels side pit, a Kamado K7, and I recently added a Weber 22.5" kettle to the stable. Admittedly, the first two don't get as much use now that I have the weber...but it's a new toy.
I can't say I'm overly adventurous with trying to do anything and everything on the smokers. I am pretty tame in that regard, I guess. I like ribs, butts, chops, steaks, wings, thighs...drinking...ya know, the usual.
