Welcome from Colorado! Just had SA cooking last night in a relatively new local SA restaurant (Jozi's Kitchen and Shebeen). Great combo of boerewors (served with pap and tomato/onion gravy), bobotie, and chicken bunny chow (both on saffron rice). It was excellent ...Last edited by MBMorgan; March 7, 2018, 05:48 PM.

Lekker! I always bring a stash of biltong with me from SA and run the gauntlet at customs. Its worth a few years in prison. I make boerewors and biltong in the US. Its not as hard as it looks
