    Greetings from AZ

    I finally decided it was time to join the club. Too many compliments received over my BBQ results that I have to pay something back to the community that provided it.

    Currently on hour 9 of a 6.5 pound pork shoulder so I have the time. Equipment is a wide Masterbuilt the wife bought a few years ago for my birthday, because I had to graduate from the inherited bullet smoker that didn't have the space to expand the menu.

    Maverick ET-732 which has been going strong, batteries seem to last forever.
