Hello from LA!

Hey everyone, I live in Los Angeles with my wife and 2 sons (2.5yr old & 8 month old) I have been cooking bbq for about 5 years. I know i've gotten better because at first my wife hated when I did a slow cook and now its only a mild annoyance to her. Almost everything I know, I've learned from this website. My favorite things to cook are Pork Butt and Ribs but ive also smoked Turkeys, Chickens and Brisket. I always have a lot of questions so im really looking forward to joining this forum.
