My current setup is a Weber One-Touch 22" with a Slow 'n Sear, an ancient Weber kettle and a 12 year old Char-Broil gasser the either needs to be rebuilt or replaced this year.
In my day job I'm the Head Brewer at San Diego Brewing Co., an avid cook, gadget freak, bicyclist & Sci Fi geek.
