    Howdy, All.

    My name's Matt. I've been grilling and BBQing for years with the help of this site for a long bit of the time. I've been meaning to join The Pit for years, but it's always ended up "Eh. I'll do it later". So now it's later.

    My current setup is a Weber One-Touch 22" with a Slow 'n Sear, an ancient Weber kettle and a 12 year old Char-Broil gasser the either needs to be rebuilt or replaced this year.

    In my day job I'm the Head Brewer at San Diego Brewing Co., an avid cook, gadget freak, bicyclist & Sci Fi geek.

      Welcome to the Pit! Thanks for joining up! Head brewer? Very cool. I know we have a few guys that brew there own. We would love to see some pictures of the brewery. Who doesn't love a room full of stainless?

      When you have a second, give this thread a once over. There is some great information for you. This information will ensure you get the most out of your experience here in The Pit.

      Also, it's very important that you:
      • Check the email we have on file for you by clicking your name in the upper-right, then User Settings, then the Notifications tab. You currently cannot change your email on file with us since it’s tied to your Pitmaster Club account as well as our payment processor, Stripe. Don’t worry though, we’d be happy to change it for you. PM (private message) Huskee with your email change request, or via email at [email protected]
      • Add the domain AmazingRibs.com to your email safe list. We NEVER spam! This is important to receive special deals we occasionally work out for our members, notices about your account, such as if you’re up for renewal or are ever drawn as our monthly Gold Medal Giveaway winner, which is open to all USA members or those with a USA delivery address (we’d hate to have to pick another person because you don’t answer us)!
