i jumped in last week after I received the wonderful book but never made it this area to introduce myself.
I love cooking all things and over the years have expanded my range of cooking so much. But most recently I have been loving all things smoked!
last year, family and friends pitched in to help me purchase my Smokin-it 3D smoker. I love it, because it’s so easy to use and can be used during the week when I’m home working. It’s really been fun to work with. And using it has got me interested in learning other ways to grill and smoke. I also have a wonderful gasser in my happy place (outdoor cooking area on the patio) but also recently bought a $30 Kettle grill because I wanted to cook Paella over an open flame/charcoal. I must say it has been one of the best $30 I have spent in my culinary adventures. I added a slow n sear for Christmas and made some wonderful ribeyes last week that have me wanting to use it more and more.
Anyhow, I’ve enjoyed the site so far and look forward to reading more about everything barbecue and grilling!
