Hi! Just joined. I live in Honduras where there is a BBQ dearth.I have a cermanic grill, a brick smoker/grill that I built and just aquired a stainless steel whole hog spit. The whole hog thing is what I want to learn. I am also starting with corned beef with good results so far.
