Hello from Wrangell Alaska. I have been an avid griller for years. I stumbled onto amazingribs.com by accident, and have been a disciple for years, as well as spreading the message to many friends. I joined the pitmaster club quite a while back, but have just used it as an informational resource so far. Time to get my feet wet.
I grill or bbq at least 3-4 times a week year round, because everything is better cooked outside. Today when I put my brisket on, it was 9 degrees out. Weather don't matter
I have mostly basic equipment. A camp chef PG24, and have added the new sear box, A Huntington propane grill, and a char-broil big easy oil-less fryer, which is surprisingly easy to use, and cooks some good stuff. I received a fireboard digital thermometer for Christmas, which is the coolest thing ever.
Just wanted to introduce myself. Now I am going to try to find the correct forum to post about todays cook. Interesting story.
