Hello all. Just joined the site. My interests are in beer, barbecue, cajun cooking, music, hats, and beer. I think I said beer twice...I like beer (Blazing Saddles humor there). I currently cook on a Stump's Classic with a BBQ Guru (Screw Stoker!) and a 20 gallon jambalaya pot amongst other things. Well, that's about it. Peace!
