Hey everybody! I'm from Buckeye land AKA Columbus Ohio! I've been a big fan of Meathead's site for years and have been using my weber kettle with a smokenator for my grilling and barbecuing endeavors.
I just got a PBC and am very excited to learn to use it. I'm particularly interested in brisket and ribs.
Not sure what else to say except that I'm happy to be part of the club and looking forward to learning from all of you and cooking some delicious food.
