    Doing my homwork... Hello!

Hello! I've typically just grilled but I'm working to expand into smoking and BBQ. It all started with brining and smoking a spatchcocked turkey two years ago on my Weber. It's an older propane unit that I converted into natural gas. Since then, I've done other cooks and things seem to come out really well with the occasional hiccups that I learned from. Mainly get a good digital thermometer. I'm working to improve and expand my cooking skills as well as expand my equipment. I was turned on to AmazingRibs.com by a close friend and found the resource... well... amazing.

A snow swamp is a term I got from an old text book that was about glaciers. I find it's not commonly used so I don't have keep coming up with variations for all my logins.

Welcome! And, notice that it's cheaper to add a great charcoal rig to a gas setup than it is to add a great gas rig to a charcoal setup. Just sayin'. Having both is better than having one or the other.
