Brian in The Woodlands here. Have been an avid reader of amazingribs.com for several years, even when putting up with the ads. Finally bit the bullet and subscribed. The value I've gotten from the site greatly outweighs the annual price.
I recently threw out my COS (Char Griller) and went back to my roots with the 22" Weber Kettle. $90 and it lasts several years. I still haven't found anything I can't cook on it, though sometimes I can't cook as MUCH as I'd like.
I love to experiment in the kitchen as well as on the grill, and just like food in general. I also collect and enjoy good wine (typically California Reds), which makes the cooking even better.
I'm looking forward to learning from you all. Beat Army!
