    Howdy from The Woodlands, TX

Brian in The Woodlands here. Have been an avid reader of amazingribs.com for several years, even when putting up with the ads. Finally bit the bullet and subscribed. The value I've gotten from the site greatly outweighs the annual price.
I recently threw out my COS (Char Griller) and went back to my roots with the 22" Weber Kettle. $90 and it lasts several years. I still haven't found anything I can't cook on it, though sometimes I can't cook as MUCH as I'd like.
I love to experiment in the kitchen as well as on the grill, and just like food in general. I also collect and enjoy good wine (typically California Reds), which makes the cooking even better.
I'm looking forward to learning from you all. Beat Army!

Huntington Beach welcomes you sir, that fine kettle and your love of red.

last night, I've been trying to learn a little about alcohol. Other than how it tastes.

Welcome aboard! Now that you have a 22” Weber you probably know by now that a SnS is an absolute must, & I’m not just shooting the breeze here. Eat good & have fun.

I just ordered the S&S on Monday. Should be here next week. I’m prepping to smoke a prime rib for Christmas.

Go Navy! Welcome to fun and learning. Kettle is a great cooker. A Slow-n-sear makes it an excellent cooker!

Welcome from Winnipeg. The kettle is a fantastic cooker, even better if you get a SNS for it.
