Wow. I really appreciate all the comments, thank you! I didn't realize there were replies to this thread until I found the little icon in the far, far upper right corner. I'm plowing through the KBQ thread right now, at about 45 pages so far. Did a few smokes in it and so far I like it a lot. The Thanksgiving turkey was amazing. Still working on a wood supply instead of grocery store stuff. Also need a way to grind up my rub a little more so it doesn't look like sticks all over the outside! Tasted great, though :thumbsup:
