Hello from the suburbs of Nashville. I've been using this site for years and finally decided to help out. I grew up in the land of open pit barbecue, Birmingham, AL, and have lived in NC (not a fan) and New Orleans (no BBQ but everything else is great) and have lived in TN for the last 20 years. I use both a pellet smoker and a Big Green Egg to cook everything from butt to pastrami. Appreciate all the tips and recipes over the years. Maybe I can contribute myself now.
