    Hey Ya’ll

    My name is Tommy and I am from Florida. After several months of roaming around the site, I finally decided to sign-up.

    I have been smoking / grilling for close to 20 yrs and have been through several types of grills & smokers over the years from Weber to electric to COS and everything in between…I have also ruined more meat than I care to account for along the way.

    I currently have a Fire Magic built-in and about 7 years ago I purchased a Lang 48 Patio. At some point I would like to add a Yoder YS 640 pellet to the lineup.

        Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

              Good luck Psinderson. Maintaining that low of a temp on my offset was the hardest part. Luckily, it only took 3 hrs to get the internal temp to 150.
