Hi,
I've been reading the site for years and finally decided i should join the Pit today. I recently relocated to Louisville from Baltimore and I've been barbecuing or attempting to barbecue for close to 10 years. My barbecue got dramatically better about when I discovered this website and bought my pit barrel cooker. I'm celebrating my 2nd anniversary with my pit barrel cooker this weekend and can't say how much better this cooker has made my barbecue. I'll be cooking a whole brisket for some friends visiting out of town this weekend for the first time. Can't wait to get some tips from the Pit.
