Hello from Northern California! I've been using this site for recipes and tips for the past year or and it's been an awesome wealth of knowledge. I figured I'd finally sign up and support the site. Up until recently, I'd been renting in an apartment, so most of my cooking has been grilling, but I've been experimenting more and more with smoking via an AMNPS. Anyways, excited to be here and looking forward to learning more!
