Welcome from SC! I believe we are right on the same parallel equidistant from the equator on the coast. I hope you guys are having similar weather as we are 65 and sunny. The snowbirds from the NE have already started migrating here. Lol

HI Everyone, I'm a professional Chef and Pastry Chef. I've worked in the industry for over 30 years and have taught in two Culinary Schools. For the past 9 years I've been working in Food Manufacturing and have loved what I've learned about the science of food. Looking forward to the videos etc. from the site.
I have an old Weber Genesis silver C, a weber kettle and a Mak 2 star general.
