I've been messing around with smoking for the last few years. I lived in OK for a short period during collage and missed all the deliciousness from there so I decided to learn to do it myself.
I started with a 22 UDS I built and the cheapest Weber 22 in I could get. I now have a weber 26 in with a slow and sear.
I learned a lot from this site over the last few years and got Meathead's book for Christmas and finally decided to officially join the site. Looking forward to learning more.
I started a youtube channel for my smoking (I'm not under the delusion I'll be big, just to mess around with). I wanted to know what rules there are for mentioning the site and book on my channel. I was thinking about using the book and site for a source of recipes to start with.
