I'm into pretty much all types of cooking but BBQ was my first love.
Started BBQing back in 85,played around with competition Q in the 90's and decided I enjoy showing up and dropping a fifty in the pot and avoiding all the clean up.
After tiring of BBQ all the time I decided I'd branch out and learn my way around a kitchen.
Then came Sous Vide which has been a real eye opener and an interesting pairing with Qing.
Now interested in a pellet smoker because those all night smokes are getting to be harder as I get older.
Looking forward to picking some brains.
