Welcome to The Pit and many smart people! I am right down the road in Rush, NY. I have been flying USDA Prime Brisket Packers from either California (my kids live there) or Austin, TX (my mom lives there). Get pulled at the airport security checkpoint every time - but worth the extra 10 mins ;-)

If only we could get Prime Packers here in the Rochester NY area.... If you do come across one locally, let me know!!!!
