    Hello from "No Man's Land" Orange County TX!

    Ben here,

    I live in Texas near the Texas/Louisiana border 3 miles south of I-10. Recently cooked through a legacy grill my father handed down when he could no longer cook, an early 90s New Braunfels grill, replaced it with an All Seasons Feeders grill made in San Antonio, TX. Became a member here to learn from other enthusiast and expand my cooking horizons.

    Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

      You must be familiar with the late great Lonnie Mac the Louisiana Blues guitarist, whom taught the likes of SRV and Tab Benoit? Worked in Galveston for 2 years in the USCG and lived in Webster for 6 months. Thanks for the welcome.

      Ha, thanks for the CA welcome. Love to visit your state, Lived in Ferndale (Humbolt county), and Alameda (Bay Area) for a total of 4 years between the tow locations.

      Fireman I shopped around for a while and nearly purchased too big and this one went on sale and I snatched it up, great for the family gatherings with a little room to spare. Thanks for the greeting.

    I was in Orange temporarily last month. Highway 62 from Buna. Twas en route to Abbeville, La.

    Plenty construction on I-10 down der.
