    You're too late... the "King of Briskets" title belongs to Jerod P Broussard ... he's our Brisket man!

    Now... if you want his tutelage he's a pretty generous & helpful guy. Just don't ever serve him ANYTHING with raw onions on it though.😡

      I assumed that... I was just kidding you about the King Title. Jerod does smoke more Briskets than anyone in the Pit though. I recommend you read what he's written about cooking Briskets. Once you've reviewed his thoughts you will have made a huge leap toward making great Briskets.👍
