Hello everyone, I've been skulking here for several years and decided to join up and learn from others. Currently I'm using a home built smoker, I use propane to fire my wood and control my heat. I u
primarily apple and cherry wood, sometimes I'll add some water alder if smoking fish or sausage.
im considering buying the large Rec-Tec smoker for convenience with long smokes, any input or comments would be great.
