I've been smoking meat for years but as I get more free time I'm getting more into it. I have an XL big green egg, a small oval Primo, and am waiting on my new Traeger Timberline 850. I have owned a Hasty Bake oven and a Cookshack electric smoker. I have been getting the AmazingRibs news letters and thought it was about time to join the group. I live in Stillwater, home of the OSU Cowboys.
