    What up from San jose

    been grilling for 35 years on a Weber kettle, discovered BBQ about 20 yrs ago. Added a thermocouple and a fan to the Weber and started to figure out the low and slow. Now I'm old and lazy and using a pellet grill which works great. Brisket, pork butt, ribs, chicken, whole fish, sausage, yum. But thinking about getting back to roots with an offset smoker.
