    Hello from Saskatchewan

    I finally got back into a Weber after a 2 year detour with some other brand. God they are a simple, reliable rig. I've got a Genesis II 310 with NG. Using an iGrill2 wireless and a Thermapen MK4 for thermometers.

    Just joined but have enjoyed reading info on the site for awhile.

    Welcome to the pit Hugh! They sure are nice to work with, aren't they? Nice setup with the iGrill2 and the Thermapen, just what we need to nail those cooks.

    Since you’re new, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

    Also, it's very important that you:
