Hello all! Slightly experienced Big Green Egg user in Tampa, Florida. I absolutely love good barbecue and most everything else cooked well. Some experience with ribs using the 3-1-1 or 2-1-1, but there's always room for improvement. Also done a good bit of pulled pork and several good briskets. Started off my amazingribs membership with Meathead's Char Siu Ribs last weekend and they were a big hit. Very interested in branching out to other critters and recipes, including, but not at all limited to, baking on the Egg. [Really hoping to learn how to make a pie crust that doesn't suck.]
