Hi all - I discovered AR a couple of years ago and have learned a lot from it, so figured it's time to do the right thing and contribute.
I'm a engineer by training and a hobbies welder so my old horizontal I do most of the smoking on that bought from a neighbor 10 years ago doesn't have much of the original left. There's been a lot of chicken and pigs that have passed through it - with the occasional lamb, pastrami or salmon.
Just bought a new house with a natural gas hookup so I'll be adding a natural gas grill for convienence (but I'm not giving up the Weber kettle).
