    Greetings from London, England

    Good day to you all.

I've recently moved house and finally have some outside space (a pretty decent roof terrace).

It's rather windy, but I've got a nice sheltered corner for a Weber One Touch, and space next to it reserved for a smoky mountain (or something else...) once I've got the kettle properly dialled in.

My main struggle at the moment is fuel... Kingsford doesn't seem to have really made it over here yet, and there's an awful lot of rubbish on the market!

Kingsford Original Charcoal is available through Amazon at a very good price. I think they will ship it to the United Kingdom. Go to www.amazon.com for more information.

I'm sorry about the rubbish. Huntington Beach welcomes you Sir. The beach on the left side of the map.

Welcome to the pit reallyalexsc! I've done a bit of grilling in the UK, and I agree, it isn't easy to find good quality briquettes. Keep looking, or see if you can order some online.

Welcome from Canada. I was in London recently and did not see all that many barbecues, so good to see you expanding the community.

Maybe you need a stickburner...🙈 No charcoal required! I can't believe DWCowles missed that suggestion.

                      Thank you!

One can get Kingsford on Amazon here... It's just $84 per 15lb bag!

Currently have some Weber on the go, act trying to work out if the ones we get are the same as the hardwood ones mentioned here. They claim to be reclaimed from the furniture industry, but I can't find much more detail than that.

First slow cook isn't going too badly, though...

And thank you for the links @Henrik... I think I'm now up to speed.
