My name is Jake and cooking has been a hobby of mine for about 10 years. Been grilling/smoking for about a year and half (finally have a backyard). Always looking to learn and improve my skills. I have a 22" Weber Kettle, a Weber Smokey Mountain, 24" Camp Chef gas smoker, and a Smokey Joe.
