    Hello from Hillsborough, NC

    I am very new to smoking on the grille but have cooked steak and vegetables hot and fast for decades. I am a Weber Kettle (22" & 26.75") user with a Slow n Sear in each. Recently, I have dipped my toe into the area of Sous Vide which I think can take Barbecue to new heights if done right.

      Welcome to the pit PointMan! Cool thing with the Sous Vide, lot's of forum members are using them in combination with BBQ already!
