    Hi Folks, used a gas grill all my life but just purchased a pellet smoker so looking forward to do a lot of experimenting and picking the brains of other pellet smoking owners.

          Welcome to The Pit, we are happy to have you here! What kind of pellet smoker did you pick up? We have a lot of members that are well versed in the ways of the pellet!

          Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
