    Hello from Boca Raton, Florida

    Hi to all. After about 40 years of grilling across 5 continents, I want to get a little more serious in my retirement. I do turn out some good tasting food, albeit simple and nothing larger than a 3 LB tri-tip. Have been looking through AmazingRibs.com for a number of years, so joining Pitmaster is a new step forward. I've been through cycles of charcoal, gas over the years, plus dabbled in smoke recently (unsuccessfully). I have used gas for the last 30 plus years. Just bought a charcoal PK 360 to supplement my Weber Genesis S-320, so will be trying to re-learn all the old techniques again. Looking forward to learning from you all.

    Welcome Mike! You should find this site and community very helpful and insightful for your specific grilling endeavors. That's pretty awesome that you've grilled on 5 continents!

      Welcome to The Pit, we are happy to have you here! I would love to see some pictures of that 360! Those are pretty sweet rigs. They are great for indirect smoking too! (as I am sure you know)

      Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
