Sitting here watching my 3 yr old grandson going in and out and in and out the slider. He is having great fun. Hot dogs on for his favorite meal. Taking it slow and easy. I can see the GMG Daniel Boone I picked up is really going to eat into my family time . New to grilling with pellets. Let the adventure begin.
Appreciate all the great material available here. Looking forward to meeting y'all.

I realize pellet stoves are old hat for many of you. Have to admit that last night's center cut pork chops (first meal) left me wondering about this new gizmo. Really didn't seem unique nor special. Such a simple meal but my grandson's slow cooked hot dogs showed possibilities. Tonights NY strips make me optimistic.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
