    I'm a Newbee to the "Amazingribs"

    I come from the deep south and was raised on BBQ, I became a meat cutter 50 years ago and retired as a Master sausage maker and of smoked meats(that includes all hogs and beef parts). I love to cook and I think I can find some good help hear. Looking forward to meating some more "Meatheads",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, emmons4me

    Welcome to The Pit, we are happy to have you here! We would love to have you share some of your cutting and sausage making experiences with us.

    Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

        Welcome from Colorado! My son's inlaws think they are from the "deep south" ... and they are from Virginia. I assume you're a bit deeper than that?

                          With your resume it sounds like you go right to the head of the class. Welcome aboard, eat good & have fun. I know I will, just getting little morsels of wisdom from you, Meathead, the Doc, fzxdoc, Breadhead, Cantwell, DW, Henrik, Huskee & a great list of others. A cool place to be.
