Greeting fellow griller/smokers/cookers!
I have been reading this website for the last 6 months or so, totally enjoy everything about it. I have been cooking on a Traeger for the last 15 years or so, recently bought a Pellet Pro from Smoke Daddy as the Traeger was wearing out. Also have a Weber Summit 6 burner, a great BBQ.
Living in the Pacific Northwest the greatest challenge to smoking and slow cooking is the various weather, snow and cold in the winter, hot summers and everything in between! I have found great tips on this website to help with this, although going with a pellet smoker makes temp control much easier!
Thank you all for participating and giving all your combined wisdom to promoting and enhancing something we all love to do! Look forward to hearing from you all in the Pit.
