Hi everyone I'm a new member from Colorado. My name is Ray and I've been smoking with an electric Masterbuilt smoker for the last three years or so, but I'm pretty much an amateur. I just recently bought a Davy Crockett pellet smoker for my motor home and really enjoyed using it on an extended trip to Texas and now I purchased a Camp Chef Pellet Smoker for my mountain cabin and can't wait to start wait to start using it. In fact I haven't even put it together yet and look forward to using advice and recipes that I find on these pages.
